Meditation

Our daily lives make it difficult to feel like a normal person. We try to get as much sleep as possible, but our mind rushes with scenarios at the worsts time. I always wanted to mediate, but never knew where to began. I started with an app called Simple Habit. From then, it has changed my life.


I meditate everyday, morning, evening, night, and even during small breaks. The app has a wide selection of different guided meditations, and sounds to focus with. It is a free app, but I purchased it to experience more mediation options. Simple Habit is the first app that I purchase, and do not regret it. Mediation had helped me calm my busy mind during stressful situations, and helped me changed my mindset.
