Yoga

I am by far not the morning person who wakes up early for anything, specially to workout.

Even though I'm not a morning person, I wanted to get some sort of physical activities in my life. Just like meditation, I wanted to try yoga, but didn't know where to begin. Yet again, I came across another app... a yoga app obviously.


The more I did yoga, the more I fell in love with it. People think yoga is this easy thing to do, but if you do it wrong, you can get hurt. Yoga really helps you not only physically, but mentally. Every pose is done in such a smooth way, it makes you focus on your breathing and how your body is responding to it.
